Anyone know where I can find this necklace?

The character Quentin Smith wore it in A Nightmare On Elm Street(2010). It has a round dark silver Sacred Heart of Jesus medal (Has the words "Sacred Heart of Jesus Have Mercy On Us around the outside and Jesus in the center) and a cross with a smaller cross inlaid on top.
