Closing costs... how much?

I am selling my home and we (buyer/seller) splitting the closing costs but neither of us really have an idea how much we might be looking at. The house sold for $190,000 and it is a cash deal. No liens or mortgages to deal with. No realtor was used. The sale is in Ohio. Can anyone give us a good idea what our total costs might be? Thanks
