Can my name be added to my husbands house if there is a lien on it?

Check the laws in your state. In some areas, adding your name is not necessary, as you are automatically an equal owner by law. In some states, it may not be automatic, but you can be added to the title, regardless of liens. I'm not aware of a state (though there probably is at least one) where you could not be added.
