I want my friends relationship to end before she marries now that she is pregnant! Advice?

My bff is 25 and been with her partner for a year and a half, He is 39 and she loves him so much, We are from the US and he is Russian but lives in London. She was previously engaged but that ended a few months before she met her new partner as he had cheated on her and she left him. She now lives in London with him as he is based there because of his business, He also has homes in Russia, Monaco all of which i've seen, He is always clinging to her, He is affectionate to her & always tells her that he feels like he cant be without her for even a second & that he does be miserable without her as she goes to the US every two months to visit family, at times he goes with her. When they are together he always touches her, holds her hand, kisses her, puts his head level with her & tells her he loves her, how happy she makes him & that he would sacrifice anything to see her smile. He has proposed to her last month but she told him she wasn't ready, She told me that he said he wasn't going to stop asking until she said yes. I don't trust him and feel uneasy around him, There is something about him Its like all his attention is on her when she is near, I know he doesn't cheat on her you can see that she means too much to him, Usually there are about 6 guys around him that don't let alot of people near him, I've tried talking to her but she says that i shouldn't be talking about it & that she loves him too much to walk away from him because i dislike him, We had an argument & i told her that she is just blinded by his money & that she wouldn't know what true love is like if it hit her in the face, I found out two days ago that she is two months pregnant with their first child and she is so excited about it but she hasn't told him as of yet, He is very protective of her. Its hurting me that my friend who i have been there for, for the past 20yrs wont listen to me & that she will end up hurt. Advice Needed?
